Quattro Amici Pizza

1 lb ground buffalo meat
2 (12″) flatbread crusts
2 C of your favorite tomato sauce
1.5 C Uncooked spinach (washed and destemmed)
4 oz Feta (crumbled)
1 Tbsp Lavendar Seeds

 

Brown Buffalo Meat
Brush/Pour sauce (to taste) onto crust
Layer spinach on top of sauce
Layer Buffalo Meat on top of spinach
Sprinkle Feta
Sprink Lavendar

Bake at 350 for 12 minutes (or until spinach is wilted and feta softens)
Enjoy with a glass of Zinfandel!
